Yes, it can! We recommend to take out the non-fixed parts in the machine or fix them before transporting.

Yes! You only need to be online to download software, but, after that, you can operate the software and machines without the internet. 

The speed and power settings would vary depending on the machine you have and the material you are working with.

Yes, we do! We currently offer a 6months to 1-year warranty on all machines, machine parts, and hardware.

We offer a 2-month  warranty on laser tubes and power supplies of 70W and up, 6-month warranty on laser tubes and power supplies 40W—60W.

Please be informed that once the order is placed it takes 1-2 business days to get dispatched from our warehouse and the dispatched order will be delivered within 5-6 business days.

Note: These shipping times are merely estimates. While we will try to deliver your order as quickly as possible, please note that the orders placed during promotional periods and special events may require longer shipping times.

Yes, you can modify the address before the order is shipped, but once it is shipped, we will not be able to make any changes.

If you noticed that your parcel is damaged when you receive it, please kindly contact LasercutMY Customer care team (within 24 hours of receiving the order).

When you contact us, be sure to include pictures and evidence along with your claim. Once we obtain all the relevant information, we will assist you accordingly.

Most of our couriers will make three attempts at delivery before marking a parcel as undeliverable. Once your parcel is marked as undeliverable, it will be returned to the warehouse.
